Raleigh’s bikeshare program, Cardinal Bikeshare, is a partnership between the City of Raleigh and Bewegen Technologies, Inc. It's a part of the City's effort to provide more ways to get around our rapidly growing downtown. Cardinal Bikeshare is a public, self-serve bicycle rental system with hundreds of bikes across dozens of stations.
More information about the Cardinal Bikeshare program, including membership options, active and future stations, and payment kiosk locations can be found on the Cardinal Bikeshare website or on the Cardinal Bikeshare app.
Dockless Electric Scooters
Dockless electric scooters are a low-carbon emission way of getting around Downtown Raleigh. Gotcha currently operates in downtown. It is required that all riders obey traffic laws and adhere to safety guidelines.
The BikeRaleigh map shows bike lanes, sharrows, greenways, GoRaleigh routes, and preferred routes based on bicyclist feedback and street conditions. The preferred routes may not be suitable for all experience levels, so please use caution when planning your trip.
